and I had another small vps for a discord bot and I had paid for it too and the other vps with my friends to play MC with mods and I had a 1-year contract to play with my friends and I didn't want the new one I understand that I blocked it but the other two I didn't want to be blocked

I said for a ticket that I did not want to renew because I already had a new one that I bought 3 months before the one I had ran out I had it for almost a whole year but since it was almost gone until it expired, with some friends we made a boat to buy a vps of 1 years 16 gb and 100gb of storage

Hm, that's why I asked you, when did you cancel the VPS? Did you have 7-8 days left when you cancelled it?

I canceled it before it ended several days before, I can't find the ticket to open to request the cancellation but come on, I haven't logged in or anything in that vps, I've only canceled and turned it off so that time doesn't advance

As it states in the terms they will only communicate via safe and secure methods meaning via email

Discord messaging or any other form are not secure methods and therefore they will not talk to you about it.
