Hi, I am a newcomer in both the community and the game, and I'd like to share progress on my second village so far, I'll post images of how it's doing as much as I can 😄

Major mistakes here (so I can learn from them)

Instead of building a granary near the town centre I just made more markets thinking it'd work (it did, only in the short term though)
Focusing on wood and stonecutting (I had around 1000 of each and didn't export any, oof (it doesn't hurt to have that much but I didn't use it at all))
Not upgrading trade routes at all
Rushing a castle, I didn't have to make it so early
