So when you set some order value to 500 for example, We will continue selling this good while we have above 500 stock, BUT continue buying it while under the stock of the value setting.
Not even need 3rd button. Just allow either / or / both to be used i guess

A value of zero in minimum means don't buy. A value of zero in maximum means don't sell.
