#Let workplaces deliver to storage when full

Often mid-to late game it hapens that the workplaces often stop producing becasue the workplace storage is fool because transporters cannot pick up the goods fast enough specialy with 4 transporters delivering to 12 slot storages with different goods as they run around to collect everything from accross the map. The transporters should enhance logistic and production not be the production bottleneck.

It would help greatly with logistic & production if workers could deliver the goods to the closest storage/market stall when their workspace is full, maybe limited to 10-20 goods max and in small radius of 100m. Now they are just waiting and wasting production time until transporter empties the workstorage. Why couldn't they bring the goods themselves when they have nothing to do? These would reduce also need for so many transporters/market tenders especialy in small settlements and remote areas because the storaged would be filled by local production workers not transporters running through half of map and ignoring closest production buildings.

This would add a lot of extra path and logic calculation to the game, never mind the semantic problems that arise.

What happens when local granaries and stalls are full? Now your hunter is walking across the map to a satellite town's granary when waiting for the transporter would have taken much less time.
