As per the description. I was busy with something and noted a "No access to service" message appear but it disappeared. Went to the Logs tab but it wasn't showing.

I don't think this is ever shown in the log, just like the "no access to refined food" messages. Those are temporary, and indicate that a resource is missing. So best check your church capacity on day seven of a week, if it is nearly full you should build another one or expand it.
