I have a consistent problem with the trader (reproduced the problem 3 times).
I unlock the trade route (Northbury), set the arrow (green and/ or red) and the ressource amount (tried different ressources and amounts) and after a short while the trader appears. Everything works just fine. The trader also reappears as he should. But then when I exit the game and load the save game, the trader simply does not reappear. I waited out 3 to 4 months, but nothing happens. I changed the trading settings (different ressources and amounts), but that doesn't help. In one instance I even unlocked a second trading route (Trotbury), but nothing; not trader appeared. This is the map I used: 51luqgzzzzQXm.
I made save games right before the trader arrives, immediately after too, to test different scenarios, but it made no difference. The trader went away (I could follow him until he dissapears at the edge of the map), but he doesn't reappear.
I couldn't find a similar bug report, so I decided to post it.
