I'm not sure where others stand on this, but I personally liked it better when the reforestation zone was not set per building and I could just throw down a couple of huts and they would work together in a zone within their radius. I'd either like to see an ability to expand the worker capacity for each hut or revert the change to the way the reforestation zones are painted.

I also miss the option to choose what species they plant, to customize how the local forests look as they get cut down and replanted. Right now it seems the map dictates what "forest type" gets spawned and I miss the old one. I'm a forester IRL and it appealed a lot 😄

Or at least allow the zones to overlap so you can the effect of multiple foresters in an area.

I like a lot that I can set each forester to the exact place I want. And I wish I could do this to the lumbercamps too. Maybe We could have "general zones" that a workplace that has no zone would send the workers to, and every workplace would have a personal zone, that would be higher priority than the general zone.

Also something I discovered after many a frustration over my reforestation zone(s) not filling up with trees fast enough. Use smaller zones.

If you use the largest brush size and a single click, that's the perfect size of zone for a single hut to refill. I use the square brush to create tiles for each forester hut and now my little forest never dies. Can put a charcoal pit on the 3 sides left open, or a single maxed out logging camp, for each square you place down.
