I have five patrollers. The watchpost says it's "Working fine". I have a patrol area defined, but they are not patrolling. I clicked on one of the patrollers to see what he's up to, and it seems like he is always on free time.

Nevermind. I found a bunch of "Villager path blocked" notifications, and apparently they can't reach the watch post. I guess the door is too close to the water or something. I'll try moving it a little.
(It's the little building to the right of the tower next to the lake)
Maybe it shouldn't say it's working fine if the workers can't get to it though.
Okay. All these villagers seem to be stuck in my village center:
Looks like there's farmers and a butcher... none of whom can get to work.
They all have jobs outside the village walls, so maybe it's related to that.
I moved the village centre and they're all still just standing next to it.

I put the village centre right in front of the watchpost and all of the patrollers are standing right in front of it saying they can't reach it.
They still go to the well to get water and go to church and stuff though.
