Builder stuck at the begining of bridges

Hello,
I have experienced the following thing, that it looks like a bug. my builders are stuck at the beginning of the bridge and are neither moving or continuing other building activities.
I had the same on another bridge. I set high priority building on the other side of the river and I found them there...

Their status is toggling between "at break" "going to work" "retrieve food..."

removing the bridge release them.

For me it helped to remove that decoration with the red roof, it seems to block the bridge. However I also have this issue with bridges without that decoration.
