Bailiff Office Splendour does not work as advertised.

I have a Bailiff Office with splendour to buff the default 24% trade price improvement of my Bailiff to 48%. However, in the list of active effects, it's 4% in sum. -20 for the bulk edict, +24 base value of the Bailiff.

Also, the calculation of the splendour buff is really confusing... I have "38 boosts the effect by 380", but 48 = 24 * 2. What exactly is the relation here?

does your bailiff have the 10% bonus to prices trait too?

seems like it based on the description, which would lead to the 48% part
