You can, the parts are listed on the 2nd tab of the building

There is a little red icon when hovering over the part in the parts list

Works for parts too, if you're viewing a specific sub building or section you'll get a list of its parts, and as Batyushki said can hover over them with the mouse to get a red shovel icon to remove them.
