FYI:

How do I obtain a dxdiag log?

Press the Windows key + R

In the small window that appeared type dxdiag and press Enter

In the new window that opened press the Save All Information button

Save the dxdiag.txt file and drag and drop it in this channel

hmm ok everything looks good here, except for an error I see at the end related to your NVIDIA graphics card driver.

For a start I would recommend a clean reinstallation of your current driver, you can do so through NVIDIA GeForce Experience. Under Drivers click the 3 dots and select Reinstall Driver, then press Custom Installation and when available choose the Clean Installation tick box, then let the installation complete, restart your PC, and try Foundation again.
