At present there are only x1 – x3 speed levels. It would be useful if x5 could be available to those with systems/resources able to handle it.
Also, the current per-unit resource capacity is fine for starting out, say under 500 population. In busier towns, a horse and carriage/cart system make sense. Of note, the tavern already has horse hitches and stables, and some NPCs gallop in using horses; the assets are already in-game. We just need the residents to get access, especially Transporters.
