Most players don't play because of the ping, as it introduces a greater imbalance into the game, a player with a ping of 200 will never shoot a player with a ping of 10.
It would be optimal for everyone to add a server that is somewhere in between, like Kazakhstan, not to mention servers like Japan, etc.
or, as a last resort, at least return the old RU server

Not currently, our high-end providers does not offer many locations, unfortunately. And due to sanctions, Russia is not possible.
The servers are not the problem, the ping counter increases due to the client technology having several flaws and our implementations not being optimized at all, which we are working on improving.
