Hello, has anyone wondered about ping, if it is lower, the player has a higher chance of winning, I think so because when playing against a player who probably has a ping of 200, he is easy to kill, if another player has a lower ping, I feel like he has Kevlar, please about the opinions of other players

It doesnt seem he has kevlar.. he just maybe shoot 0.111 seconds less than you do per shoot.

sometimes 1/4 of he life left and the opposing player stands while aiming at him, so I think I get all the shots to opposing player
