also hacking is in rules and i know the rules but why when some player uses cheats then it's not good and get banned but here is ADM TwoBits and he got nothing for this,

No anomalies found, rockets can really do a lot of damage considering the critical damage. Luck skill affects the chance of critical damage, but the base value is the same as everyone else's. Not without the luck factor of course, but nothing illegal. Closed.
