I have the same thing, 30 landmines and I can only use 1-2 in a tournament, sometimes more

Most likely, you received mines as a gift for 7 days of entering the game, so they do not interbreed with each other

I think that once you use them up, the purchased mines will be displayed in the rooms/tournaments

that happened already, I never bought power-ups (except the binos) but when I got free landmines (one pack and one pack), there is always the one with 1, so that unity landmine maybe is bugged
