Let's take a look at the account then.
Team score is almost as high as kills, suspicious. Sure, team score is important, but not like this.
That whilst having ~10% as deaths, low tournaments and flags, makes it appear that certain things may have happened in an attempt to unfairly gain high rating. So, to prevent this, such statistics are penalized. Whether you like it or not.
