We know many people report the using alt accounts for gain exp and coins so much.
We know they're banned,
but I didn't know what's the regulation for judgement.
Is it Combo, or flag combo is legal?
and, playing lower level friends with glock in private room is legal?

Private rooms are gone so don't gotta worry about the last part. Combos are looked down on. In my opinion flag farming should be fine since it's already so nerfed that you can only get 1 flag every half a minute or something, just don't bot or use any cheat engine. Exp requirements are so low I level up quickly just by playing the game normally.
