whats the astralOp thing about?

you can think of them as a "4th teammate" while you cant directly switch into them, astral ops provide buffs for their specific ring (such as ari gen and bonus dmg)
however astral ops are unecessary to pull, dreamseeker (who you get for free) is more than reliable for reaching higher competitive goals such as redlotus or nirvana

u can get Terminal Aide in asterite shop and form a physical team of SI HOS TA for decent performance (and late game potential though merely for MA)
but everything at ur lvl 25 aren't hard anyway u can get through with anything
and story usually gives trial character after the first few chapters

It's generally recommended to pull only the brand new stuff, so you should save until the next patch
