Depends on the character, for p2 character they are obtainable through the equipment supply with their signature weapon and also craftable, we also get 1 free stigmata box for the debut valk at the beginning of the patch. Pulling a Valks weapon is basically mandatory here and most of the time you get all stigmatas while pulling for it

Otherwise you can craft them as I said

If you get the weapon before you obtain 2/3 stigmatas then consider crafting in foundry

for starters, i wont recommend u compare hi3 with hsr or gi

games are completely different and shdnt be held to the same standard

in honkers ure more or less expected to pull a sig weap for a valk; theres no good “f2p” option. ure recommended to save up enough to guarantee a valk+weap before pulling for her.

whilst u can pull multiple copies of a weap for synergy (similar to r5 s5 type shit), its not recommended for f2ps at all

There are some endgame uses for her as well but they're very niche and require pretty high investment (it might not be worth going for)

RC is very useful early game. Even at A rank she gets access to her long lasting all type (total damage) debuff so you can slot her into any team as a support. Generally she puts on Theresa Gluttony T (foundry) or Fu Hua Musician MB (beginner event). To apply her debuff, there's two ways

• weapon active to her purple meter and hold attack to consume it. this meter is restored by QTEing (most common way), ult, or regularly attacking
• or use her ult
  you can also use her as a budget dps with robert peary stigmatas.

For SI, she's mainly a physical support that applies bleed. She kinda wants S rank to sustain her sp. Main thing she's looking to do is to apply her paints to give effects to herself, then ult to share those effects to her teammates. QTE lets her enter with max paint and meter. Holding attack lets her consume her meter and restore sp per paint type in her meter at S rank.

Since you already her it's fine to work with her as is the best you can, but as far as physical or other options go, there are probably other priorities to work on

Hi, Captain!

Ai-chan recommends that you keep the box until you have a use case for one of the weapons. Both Purana Phantasma and Nocturnal Stealth have their uses. Key of Ego is generally not recommended.

If you insist on opening the box immediately, Purana is likely to have more usage long-term due to the team tdm buff and RC being able to quickly debuff enemies which may be useful for SS MA.
