If I can add my opinion to this discussion as an artist myself, I'd say we shouldn't really compare art like that in general. I used to draw like shit too and even now I still have a lot I need to learn, and that process is very slow
It's okay for people who've only been drawing for a short amount of time to still share their art, even when objectively it will have more mistakes than someone who's been drawing for decades like the artists you see on Pixiv. It gives them a chance to recieve feedback and improve, and also boosts the confidence they need to keep making that art and improving
When you're a rookie most of the time you know you are, and I can tell you it feels nice when someone ignores the mistakes in your art and compliments you on what actually made it important to you, which is the time and effort you put in it
