@tame sigil since you asked, it's overall looking fine for the style you're doing, just maybe remove the hair and you'll see the small mistakes better. For one, the eyes aren't balanced, the one getting covered by the hair seems off to me (try removing the hair). Also the neck isn't supposed to be straight down to colarbone (again, remove the hair and you'll see), you should draw the trapezius, and since you lined the clavicle or pit of neck, might as well go all the way lined instead of just some of it. Hope this helps.
