@meager musk Actually, I think your attempt was quite successful. You managed to break down the composition into its major shapes and got the color palette pretty much right. I suppose it also depends on what you expected from this. In my opinion, copying in artwork is down right pointless, studying on the other hand is essential. Setting yourself a time limit always helps, in terms of speed, accuracy, perception and overall understanding of what you are doing. So, good job and keep those going! I'm sure they'll take you somewhere

@stiff pier you are right, it does, however that doesn't go to say that speed isn't something that can be improved. What the majority of beginner (or aspiring) artists don't REALLY understand is the amount of blood, sweat and tears one is required to put in before they can reach a level of artistic skill that can be satisfactory to the said individual. It's definitely one hell of a long and tedious journey and it is definitely not for the weak and lazy. It is not the kind of process that shows results on the short term, but if one is patient, disciplined and determined enough to push through...well, I don't need to continue : )

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I also did try to stick a jojoke in there after seeing the meme related to it and learning a bit more of Theresa's lore.

Also want to state this ahead of time: THE FOLLOWING IMAGE SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. I simply made this image as a joke to somebody else some number of months ago. Around the time of the creation of this image, I pretty much threw whatever stigma and weapon I could on Yae due to being limited on what I could build for her at the time. After actually investing some time and resources into using the Beginner build provided by the game itself and having a better understanding of playing Yae, I've actually started enjoying playing as her and see the potential to have as a full burst-damage character. Sorry in advance if any Yae mains are offended by the picture, this was not my intention at all and hope you understand from the excessive number of characters above. Thank you.
