@wary plover I asked my friend who knows more about lore than me and she asked that basically it's not Shigure Kira, but Kyolo Loravnight, A-rank Valkyrie and friend of Cecilia, Kiana's mother. Aaaaand that all info available. She was a character from Gun Girls, so my friend said if she actually appeared as stigmata she IS in Honkai Impact's lore, but I don't know... Too risky to take her for contest, but decision depends on you.

I can tell you from my professional art historian point of view that art style is a flexible thing - you can change or switch it whenever you want, from anime to Disney, from Disney to semi-realistic and etc. You (and every artist too) have a manner to draw, and it will develop - more you draw, more consistent and professional your manner is. Manner lies in you from the beggining, it's not smth you can change so easily: I don't know if you heard about that before, but every artist unconsciously transfers their face and body features into art they create. You have your own media, methods and techniques to draw, you prefer styles, which can differ from another artists, and THAT IS you should care about. Just feel yourself free, experiment with everything, try something new and later it will develop your manner)) Everything lies in practice, that's all.

The first step would be scanning it

then use an editing program (Photoshop, Paint tool Sai, Clip Studio Paint) to color it

But you'll probably have to redraw the lineart to make sure you don't paint over it?

Maybe there is another method for it...
