if your room lighting is like fluorescent or incandescent lighting (or other soft white/yellow bulbs) it can make the color look different since the "white" is warmer than usual
think like normal room light bulbs compared to an office at work

Yeah, that's the case. My bulb is yellow, so since I mixed red, blue and yellow to skin colour, it kinda brings out the yellow of the paint... The other colours were affected also.
Well, I gonna get a white bulb soon... It's really damn annoying.
