no its not on hoyoverse side, its likely something between your device and honkai servers having an unstable connection. you can report it to CS so they can double check #how-to-contact-cs

but i dont think i've ever heard of it lasting longer than a few weeks so just use the VPN when having connectoin issues while you play for the day

just explain that a single games servers are constantly experiencing connection issues and their IT team has verified that its not on their end so they need to check their connection. and tbh the fact that genshin and HSR dont have issues doesnt mean anything, they're on different servers so your connection to them is totally different

well with a traceroute and an IP you can pin it down but the issue is is that the hoyoverse servers are dynamic last i checked so no single ip to trace and the connection is different for pretty much everyone

and i have never had it so i cant test it myself to see where its failing for me

but a traceroute will tell you which ip is having high ping or dropping packets and you can look it up

not really, even if on the same wifi your ISP can and does a lot of the time route different devices different routes to stuff to not stress a single route too much, that or they take the best possible route at the microsecond a device is trying to connect but the end result is a different route. Thats why the VPN works is because it forces your connection on a different route than the one your ISP is telling it to use

In here you are not going to find help because we only know about HI3 issues, the only thing I can recommend you is to make a full reinstall, unless you device is not near the min specs, in that case don't expect the game to run better after a patch, like any live service game every patch will make it more demanding

that means that you installed the global client, the collapse launcher (in the pins) has the ability to switch to the SEA client without downloading too much but otherwise you'll have to uninstall that and reinstall the SEA version of the game, if you're on mobile then the SEA version can be found in the PINs for android, if on apple lemme know cuz its a few more steps

maybe? 4GB is on the lower end but it also depends on the chipset and GPU, i'd have to know the model to know for sure

hmm, doubtful. its right around the bare minimum to run the game 1.5 years ago (mediatek helio p60 chipset and mali g-72 GPU) so i dont think it would run the game and even if it did it would struggle on a lot of the stuff even if it did start the game for sure.

if you're on the app version there should be an icon at the bottom that looks like a globe that when you tap on it shows games at the top, select honkai impact logo and it'll have battle chronicles at the top

if on website version if you tap the focus group at the top (name of game or hoyolab with some arrows) it will ask y ou to chose your interest groups, select honkai impact 3rd and there should be a toolbar at the top, swipe over to get to the battle chronicles

hmm, yeah the only think i know of to help with that is using a different network. i guess clearing the cache might help. you can try that in settings > apps > honkai impact 3 > clear cache (NOT data, just cache) and restarting your phone but i guess they couldnt find anything wrong on their end

There are some assets (like backgrounds during dialogue) that do not appear while I'm playing though the story (see first image - the second is what is supposed to appear)
I've already done the "check downloaded assets" on the login page and the repair function in Collapse Launcher but the issue still persists

hi im trying to use the Chinese CGs off the dowload in the pins. I extracted them into the HI3 locations but when i start the game it just reinstalls the JP CGS and does do anything. Does someknow what could have went wrong here?

if that is the case then yes you can use the email, but remember that deleting the hyv account will delete everything link to it (HI3-T0T-HSR-GI...)
one thing you can do is to create a new email (like a temp email) and just change it, that way the email is available immediately, just remember that to change email again on that HYV account it will take some time (i think you need to wait some months)

same issue, seems to fix itself on a cycle of restart - fumble around - restart but can't reproduce. have tried changing sample rate to 44k, goes from less frequent - more frequent. drivers are 100% updated, and like i mentioned back then, the audio interface is an audient id4

just cuz its going honkai mobile version > emulator > windows > hardware as opposed to windows > hardware
