well if you are taking about the system tab on dxdiag, that doesnt anything tbh, windows come with the DX12 API, but if the gpu doesnt support it, its just going to use "older Features"

• HI3 still use the DX11 API (you can force DX12 but it bugged on +APHO2 stages)
  if you get the problem again, check if you need to update your GPU drivers, or you can try to reinstall the Directx runtime

keep in mind that the first link is the same that the launcher uses, so if that one is giving you problems use the other ones when they are available

Just go where the game is installed and move the "Games" folder (the one that has BH3.exe) to where you want, and then on the launcher use the "locate files" option to select the "Games" folder from where is now

remember that on the account retrieval is only for the link process, so you use the miHoYo account (old login) to then link to a HYV account (new system)

• create a new HYV account and link there your old account (Faster way, but you will end with multiple HYV accounts)
• contact CS via email and tell them that you made an accidental account so you cant link your old one (Slower, but you will end with every game on just 1 account)

Did you use the 1st link of the mirror list? That is the same that the launcher uses, so if you are getting problems with that link use other mirror, and remember to have the space to the unzip process

In the drive folder there are separate by glb and sea, on the photo you enter the glb folder

Not don't extract it yourseft, but you need the space for the unzip process the update is like 10gb iirc so to unzip you need 10gb more, so you need 20gb to update, after is installed you will end with just the game and those 20gb free again

Are you follow this:
-Start launcher
-Select path and start the download
-Close the launcher (iirc you need to pause the download)
-Copy the file that you downloaded to the path of the installation (Games folder)
-Delete the tmp file
-Go to the launcher and it should detect the file and will start the unzip

And just in case check that you downloaded the correct file/launcher, you can't use the sea files on the glb ver. and vice versa

iirc you can still use the funds if is in the correct currency, but you need to "reinstall" the game using the account with the funds so that google detect that one as a primary wallet

tbh steam should not have problems with the update process like the launcher + steam have a option to verify the files, you probably need to check the crash.log to see what is causing the problem

not for forever and honkai devs cant do anything since the issue isnt with honkai servers at all. something in between you and honkai servers is unstable (your connection goes through about a dozen different companies and data centers before getting to honkai servers) and when whoever that is fix their issue it'll just go away.
