its waiting for the answer, if he got accepted its going to need to do that for the accidental too

oh you mean the account change thing? tbh it was also asked quite heavily by the players too. HYV account system is much more secure than mihoyo's old account system and every new game was going to use HYV accounts so most of the active players were asking to merge them shortly after genshin came out so after a year after it came out they allowed people to link the accounts together and had a 6 month long in game event to do it to before they forced the change. at least they didnt do like how a lot of MMO's that i played. several that changed companies and had a new login sytem gave you a few months to migrate or you just lost all your data

Well if it'll help simplify it for you. You have 3 options:

-leave things as they are now and just remember to click the Twitter login if honkai asks you to login (shouldn't happen too often, it's supposed to remember your last login and just let you click to login.

-try to unbind both your accidental and your old honkai account with customer support so you can then link your honkai account to your genshins HYV.

-contact CS and try to unbind and move your genshin account to your honkai HYV.

from start to finish probably about a week, usually unbind requests are 2-3 days if everything gets accepted. Odds are ok, much less though if they've already unbound your honkai account from a previous request. but at least even if they reject it you can just continue to use twitter to log into the game and not lose your account

Sadly I would've asked there in the genshin server instead but I've been hacked before and the hacker made a mess all over my acc which led me to get kicked from the genshin server and other places, I still couldn't get back untill now since all the mods my friend got me didn't respond yet and I've been busy myself to look into the matter deeply (it is also a honkai game problem since it could better my preformance there cuz I happen to have sm lag etc)

and sorry about not being able to get into the GI server but the games are radically different, we cant really help much with GI problems, not only is this not the right place but we dont volunteer for GI tech help in their discord usually due to us not knowing the quirks and specs needed exactly for GI.

onto this being vaguely related to HI3, your phones chipset and GPU (Mali-g52) is right around the minimum/low GPU requirements to run the game the last time they released the requirements... around 1.5 years ago and the game has gotten much more graphically demanding since then so to be perfectly honest, the reason your phone is lagging when playing HI3 cant be fixed by a setting or anything. Its just too underpowered to smoothly run HI3 as the game is right now

I dont know anything about GI's mobile requirements but i would suspect that its a similar reason

but looking over what the email CS said, not only is your phone a little underpowered they also pointed out that Mali GPU's are just straight up incompatible with Genshins render engine, also sort of with honkai's but less so i think. What that means though is that it will randomly stutter/crash due to being incompatible and in general even if its working fine it will have to work harder to run the game than a similarly spec'ed Adreno GPU

Well that may explain it, guess there isn't a way to fix it or anything I could do to reduce the lag/ and freeze, also it doesn't happen in the whole game only in certain new domains in genshin I get grash/freeze , and in honkai the open worlds such as the new chapter and the ER chapter (APHO2 and a bit in APHO1) are laggy, guess these are the new stuff with more graphic requirements

Still imma just have to hold on to it untill getting a new device

yup that tracks, the open world areas and ER in honkai are more graphically demanding than the rest of the game. no idea about genshin but yeah theres sadly no way to fix it since its the hardware of your phone causing the issue

Then I hope they get a lower graphic option for both games that shows less detail in the area since I remember there was a certain fix revolves rendering around 2.8 in genshin but got taken back since players could get attacked while in loading screen in co-op, thank you for letting me know still, imma try look for someone else who might remember that update, have a good day

Hello, i have a question. Whenever i try to play APHO 1, the game moves at the pace of a slug or it even crashes while i’m playing or in the middle of the loading screen. I’ve cleaned cache and i’ve put the game in the lowest setting i could put it and still it crashes. Any advice on how to solve that?

Is really annoying having to try 4-5 times to clear the stages only for it to crash while in the middle of anything

Well i managed to download the app on the iphone and its currently downloading the assets. Know is a longshot and doubt it will work, but doing so just to be sure

so it took a while to get the specs for that model but its most likely due to its specs, i think you have the 2GB ram model which the game wants 4GB which is the most likely culprit. also i cant find any info on the chipset it uses so if its even one of the brand names i have no idea on if its compatible or not. your GPU is on the low side and has the power to sorta run the game ok but its a Mali G57 which is on the low side

If your mobile installation is higher then yeah the only way to lower that is to reinstall the game and select basic assets download since that'll only download the resources for stages you go into

If you were to manually unbind your mihoyo account from the social media itself ( removing permissions from the platform itself) will you lose your mihoyo account or will it just be an unbinded account

They've confused their MHY and HYV accounts. their old honkai was bound to google play on MHY and is now linked to some random HYV account that they're trying to unbind

unfortuantelly you cannot unbind things from the old MHY account system. you cant access it anymore, just the HYV account system. the only access to the MHY account system is to log into it during the account retrieval button at the games login screen. if you unbind the google play from its HYV account that will not affect the MHY account at all and will just unlink the google play login from that HYV account

that doesnt really matter, the newer stages are more graphically intensive than genshin. a quick test is to do some APHO2 stuff since thats easy to access and is on the higher end graphics wise

but yes the older stages run smooth on potato these days compared to the rest of the game

long story short, the 1050 only has 2GB of VRAM which is not enough to run the game, in fact its the bare minimum to even render characters during dialogue so it'll crash during more gpu intensive stuff

depending of the device probably you have less/the game "shared memory" for the igpu vram
you can check that on dxdiag ( #🔌technical-help message ) on the display tab of the AMD igpu
still you can check on your BIOS if you can give more "shared memory", if the option exist then you will be able to run the game, but it not going work like when using a dedicated VRAM

so im trying to recover my old account, i used an apple account to make it back then, and i apparently recently connected to to my hoyolabs account, im able to see my captain when i enter my hoyolab info into recover account at login, but its apparently attached to another hoyoverse account, when i log into hoyoverse not ingame using my apple account, the uid matches my hoyolabs account uid, and its the same as when you log in with a differnt 3rd party account with no hoyoverse account, so i made a hoyoverse account but still am unable to recover my capatain

so it looks like you are confusing the old MHY account system and the HYV account system. When you put your hoyolab info in the account retrieval button and saw your account details, that was your old MHY account and that is not related to the appleID HYV account.

what was the failed to link error message you got at the end of account retrieval?

also can you test logging into hoyolab.com with what you think your old account's login is (the appleID) and check the battle chronicles, does it show your old account info or just a beginner account?

i gotcha, so since hoyolab is not showing that account then check the same server as the game (if the game is the americas server for instance when you did account retrieval then make sure that hoyolab battle chronicles is set to the americas server)

but if it is not showing that account on the right server then that is not the hoyoverse account your honkai is linked to, please try any other hoyoverse login you can think of and see if you can find your account in hoyolab

if you cant find it after trying everything then contact customer support with your UID and explain your issue and they'll be able to help either by telling you what to use to login or by having you fill out a form to prove that you're the owner of the account and then they'll unlink it from whatever hoyoverse account its on

ah so that means that the hoyoverse account you're trying to link your honkai to already has a honkai account on it. likely the accidental new account. You can simply use a different hoyoverse account for your honkai and remember to use that one to sign into the game or you can email customer support #how-to-contact-cs and ask them for help. if the new account is still in the first stage they usually dont have any issues with just deleting it and then you can link successfully

so what happened is after the majority of players begging them to move their account system to the same one that genshin + all their other games used (hoyoverse) so they did an in game linking event for about 8 months and then right around a year ago stopped letting people log in with the old mihoyo accounts

your issue is that despite it using the same email/password or whatever, your old mihoyo account is NOT the same as your hoyoverse account, totally seperate account systems and your mihoyo account was not yet linked to any hoyoverse account

well they did make the controller for being usable for all games and not just honkai. while i dont think honkai uses the "back" button on a controller, at least mine does not (i dont have that controller but i have a ps4 style controller) the back does nothing. "boost" is where the start button is on most controlers which honkai also does not use. M1 and M2 or as i like to call them the shoulders are only really used for menu navigating, most noticable in ER when you can use button combos to click select and stuff

the game mostly just add things and just some change on the code for like to fix x bug/give buff/nerf/etc.

the only "big" change to files was for when the change from mp4 to usm... but those files where download in-game

usually the game does not have any issues with even official xbox controllers, usually switch or ps controllers so thats a little weird

So, yesterday I could play normaly, but today launcher doesn't displays as usual :
Instead of having the possibility to launch the game, I'm suggested to download it, change installation file, or the "already download ?" one that let me choose a folder path but when I select the Honkai Impact 3rd folder it tells me ressources can't be found, same if I select the Honkai Impact 3rd glb folder inside of it.
When I try to press download, it says it can't create a folder and to check installation path.
The one displayed is inside Collapse Launcher folder, but I can't access the folder Hi3Global inside as I'm told it's damaged and unreadable (also properties says it's 0 KB). But anyway the game resources weren't there.
What should I do ?

i see, so it looks like the collapse launcher couldnt reinstall the game and you couldnt play directly due to a connection issue you are having. first connect to a VPN to fix your connection issue (use the USA or netherlands node of the free ProtonVPN in the 5th pin if you dont have one) and then in collapse launcher change the game installation location to the games folder, the same one with BH3.exe in it

no you can only change your appleID region once per year if i recall correctly and if done as frequently as possible it throws apple a security flag on the account. It is vastly more recommended to make a new appleID account and set it to the EU region and then you can just change to that account when installing/updating or topping up

so you linked your old mihoyo account (your honkai account) to a hoyoverse and then deleted the hoyoverse account. for games that begin with hoyoverse accounts (genshin and HSR) if you delete the hoyoverse account all the linked game data is GONE and cannot be recovered because it was deleted. if your honkai was on that hoyoverse account before you deleted it then it is also gone so they cannot unbind because the account your honkai was "bound" to is gone so they cannot access it. its not a policy thing they just cannot access it because its deleted. The reason it still shows up when you do account retreival is because in the old mihoyo account system, your account still exists and is linked to the deleted hoyoverse account.

long story short since the hoyoverse account that your honkai is bound to got deleted customer support cant access the hoyoverse account to try to unbind it or anything like that and since the old mihoyo account system still has it set that your honkai account is bound to the non-existent hoyoverse account it wont let you rebind it to a different account (this happened because the honkai account was never unbound from the hoyoverse account by customer support). unfortunately theres nothing that can be done in this situation and thats why theres warnings and a 30 day timer to change your mind when you go to delete a hoyoverse account since it will render all the game data linked to it unusable and unrecoverable

let me tell you what all i did, i first logged in with gmail on hoyoverse, then linked a new email thre, tried to login, it starts a new game, then tried putting down the email of the gmail where my actual game data is and reset the password, it does show the old game name of mine, but when i login and start it starts a new game

• download the apk and install the game on the emulator (select the basic assets) (if you need the file/links on the 2nd pin you can find the apk)
• after the game is installed you need to link your MiHoYo (old login) to a HYV one (new login)

• if the link is complete without problems, only then you can start playing again using the login info of the HYV account

ok so luckily we wont have to mess with emulators since you got your old account info via email, what happened was your old MIHOYO account didnt get linked to the HOYOVERSE account that you logged in with and got the new account. there was no honkai account on that hoyoverse so it thought you were a new player and made a new account and linked it to that hoyoverse. If you dont mind using a different email can you try the account retreival and after it shows your old account and takes you to the hoyoverse part, try a different hoyoverse and if it gives a failed to link message let us know.

If this is your first time trying on that phone then its possible the phone is right around the minimum requirements and is just not able to run the game. if its the A23 then that is right around the minimum requirements but i feel like it should at least download the update so i think you just might have to contact your internet provider or try again later

oh so the playstore requirements only count if the app will "start" on your device, it doesnt care if you can actually use the app but if it will literally open even for a milisecond and then crash thats good enough for the playstore and it'll say your device can run the game

Also mention that you accidentally made a new account that you havent played on at all on your gmail hoyoverse and give them the gmail email address of that hoyoverse account

yeah i gotcha. if you remember how you logged in on EU then you should be able to. otherwise if you know your UID then your only choice is to email customer support but they can take a day or so to reply so might not be on vacation much longer if thats the case. what you can try though is going to hoyolab.com and login with anything that you can think of. appleID, any email you have, etc and check the honkai battle chronicles (change the server to europe at the top after going into battle chronicles) until you find your account. that method prevents you from creating a ton of new honkai accounts
