I agree about the quality, speaking of pokopia its interesting to me that its releasing before tomadachi life. I wouldnt be surprised if they rushed it out beforehand because they knew if it came out after its sales would be really down.
I think arceus should be higher I really liked it, but from my wifes perspective of really liking the story but being unable to play it basically I can see how its where its at. They couldnt really deal with the directionless openworld most pokemon are hostile part so they just kept dying over and over in the beginning from trying to run away from fights as is their usual first impulse so i wouldnt be surprised if theres more players like that than is apparent

i do sincerely believe that the biggest downfall of modern big budget games is the ability to patch them after they release. Its good for indie early access titles but for big budget games I cant think of more than a few that essentially released in a finished state
