On the card from the lesson about 川端康敬, the furigana are set as くにざかい, but the female audio still uses こっきょう. I know this is talked about in the lesson as well, but I still wanted to check whether this is intentional because I imagine it could get very confusing without a note on the card itself for subsequent reviews

Yeah I believe this is intentional, would have to check with @lone prairie though ^^
Either way, I added a note as a reminder going forward for when it's seen in cards
