Just doing a courtesy double-check, it makes logical sense to me that a wave dash would imply …から…まで between two ranges but I don't believe it applies to this sentence.

It looks like there was a change that basically applied "から・from" to every instance of ～ in the system so I'm going through and changing all of them haha shark_bubble_chicken

in the cases mentioned in this thread, it would simply be silent
so you would say
に・さんこでいいや

whereas in this case it would actually be read as から

typically if the meaning leans more towards an uncertain "or", it would be silent
whereas when specifying a range it would be から
