I had my ally captured in the bag as we went into the cutscene, this caused him to be permanently stuck inside the bag and using repossess would dash forward like normal. Eventually figured out that if I just grabbed a drone and threw it out it would release him but yeah. Into the bag dimension with ye.
I forgot to take a clip of this but should be pretty easy to reproduce

has happened to me too, i’m pretty sure any cutscene triggers this
something to note is it also happens if you bag any ally (drones for example) and bring them into a cutscene that way
