Im sorry I wasn't able to do a screenshot or reproduce the bug yet. Still working on it. But to explain the issue, the item was trying to get to an entity but it somehow dropped on the ground like it was coming out of a chest.

they kill your target and they can't get the item so it drops

Drones can get the item
but yes it can regularly drop when it just kinda gets confused

if it has to travel too far it just falls to the ground
i think thats a failsafe to prevent the item from being lost completely and also not being constantly floating around doing nothing

this also happens when it's mid-transfer and the new target dies, which is definitely intended
