It'd be really cool to have a 5% or even 10% execute to prevent those frustrating situations where CUSTOMERS survive with a tiny bit of health and don't get turned into delicious meals

There is under 10% HP Execute on CHEF's COOK it can be found by checking wiki sadly some of ingame descriptions are inaccurate but wiki has most of them noted.

probably because executes are closer to "when you hit something that is below 10%"

so for example when you use cook, you will do 6 hits, if the first 4 hits place an enemy below 10%, then the fifth hit will kill them no matter the damage

not 100% certain on this, but thats how most games code executes, so it would make sense

I also believe that items triggered from the cook will not execute so that can lead to seeing enemies with low hp surviving
