Equipment Idea: Malicious Palette

A painters palette that will mark all enemies on the screen with random paint colors, every painted enemy will take +50% damage for 10 seconds. (The random colors have no meaning other than variety)

This is kinda just a downgrade of the equipment thst gives you damage and attack speed

In co-op it would mean everyone gets extra damage, so not necessarily a strict downgrade there.

would drones, summons, and the like be affected as well as the player? if so, this could fit a niche in drone builds

the random colors just being flavor is eh, might as well tie it into variant buffs or debuffs

yellow creatures randomly teleport, red creatures constantly take a small dot burn, blue characters get level 1 frozen, and so on
