In multiplayer, my friends and I almost always often make mistakes regarding turning off artifacts, difficulty selection, character selection, etc. There's a lot of options that tangibly affect gameplay and when you start the game before realizing you don't have the right ones, the game makes you back out to the title screen and start a new lobby if you want to change things.
Its a skill issue on my part, but I think a "quit to lobby" button would save people the hassle when they make mistakes like this.
