I was playing Bandit and this threw me off very hard. Whip should probably scale with click speed like Blast does, but doesn't. I feel like it would make whip way more fun to use in runs.

Didn't you think that the purpose of the whip is to give Bandit a primary attack that doesn't require you to spam the button?

The attack also cleaves, making it also have ridiculous attack speed by spamming would make it the obvious choice
