geyser + boost = height plus a bit of horizontal momentum, you slowly convert all the vertical -> horizontal while keeping height so you clear the mountain

Every prismatic is 2 random stages. Each stage has 5 crystals on it, you have to destroy at least 3 of them before you can activate the teleporter. You can leave a stage instantly after killing the teleporter boss, you don't have to wait for the teleporter to charge

Plant is so boring in trials, its just spam mouse buttons at boss and use some jank momentum shenanigans to get to the tele in 0.5 seconds. Arti you actually have a rotation to do on bosses and like 10 different ways you kills crystals depending on the situation

speedrunning the main game looks really bad

you play on easy, don't need any damage items, spend half the run waiting for the teleporter to charge, the only time loss is moving out of the teleporter sphere or finding the teleporter

#

and now the teleporter can be in the cave thing on s4 and scorched acres is pretty bad for finding the teleporter and having the boss spawn outside of the teleporter sphere

Something like that will help get more people playing the trials, but:

trials are still very poorly explained in the game
lacking character specific leaderboards so unless you play rex RIP
out of place for what most people want from the game (becoming a god)
lacking a lot of content to make them more unique (more than 2 modifiers, more objectives)
still overrun with cheaters that they can't do anything about
the community is completely dead already

The list could go on but those are some of the bigger points imo and thats a lot to fix/things that cant be fixed

If you are playing houseplant you can just stand super far away while doing damage so he doesn't go into tall boi mode. Then when he is nearing the succ phase, you make him go tall boi by going close to him

This strat makes it easy to survive, and makes killing him fast

Otherwise you can do the same except you stand basically inside of him to avoid him going tall mode. Problem with this strat is that you tend to like die

at the end of a stage your extra money is converted to XP. This takes time, the more money you have the more time it takes. If you kill an enemy after activating the tele to leave it can add whole seconds to your tele time

the difference between our two runs are stage 1 to tp, i can mash better / as well as you so the boss clear time is the same. that means you will activate hud at about 21s while i activate at about 23s. that means there will be no difference in hud cooldown if you sync both to the same s2, except that your run will be 2s faster

yeah he said he only did like 3 runs too so his strat must be prety straight forward. I think my crystal jump strat could be faster but its really hard to get and the golem screws you over a lot

doing a method where you go around I did get a really nice golem boost across most of the map to the tele though, maybe that was it

also to touch more on the friend leaderboard, you need to add more people not just me. You also need to say something so other can add you and we can create a web, otherwise you're only going to be seeing me on your friend board
