Well now that I think about it, when playing a melee playstyle, I personally value Epidemic the most out of all of my skills. When running bite, you have no recourse against wisps, which is how 100% of my runs have been ending. I feel pretty much forced to run Blight and never be able to hit the boss with Epi because I'm too busy casting it at wisps. Whatever the replacement for Epidemic could be, it has to give him better options versus wisps and wisps exclusively, otherwise it will be even worse than his melee kit is now

Epidemic is the only tolerable way I've found to clear out wisps, but it can still fail when they are far enough apart to not spread it to each other, then you're waiting another 10 seconds to cast it again

Mmm, even on Monsoon, his right click spit is amazing for taking down flying enemies, and still adds good supplemental damage while in close range. And what's beautiful is that if you have your spit for long-range, you can actually use your epidemic for more useful things instead of using it as your only means of ranged attack. Both poison and blight are ridiculously fun when you run the right click spit, it just doesn't even matter, because your kit is extremely well-rounded and every threat has a reasonable answer

I got clay dunstriders. 5 appeared and they were bosses and there was already 4 other non boss clay dunstriders. It took me 100 minutes to kill them all and it wasnt worth it. Noew I hate this boss.

And usually I don't stack teddy bears or other items that would make me unkillable and op to avoid glitches and bugs but also because it wouldn't be very fun if there were absolutely no risks involved

“avoid using shield” despite that 5 PSG is literally 40% HP boost. Taking trans gives you its upsides and downsides. Shield regen never falls off, you always gonna bring back all your health to full amount just in 9 seconds. You almost immune to full dmg, that can allow you for great escape options by falling of the cliff and teleporting on a different map area, you can easily abuse shrine of blood and in result clearing stage much faster and having much better time management

you also dont have any way of quickly regaining health in later stages when any hit will trigger you OSP and usually has a followup effect
