Unsure if Bugged or Typo for certain skills

It says any tem can use digital techniques but it only works on Kinu and not Pigepic or others. I'm unsure whether this is suppose to apply to every single temtem or just the one associated with the skill tree. Its incredibly misleading if its not actually every Temtem likes it says and should be reworded or it might actually be bugged but I'm unsure. I got very excited thinking I can use every technique on Pigepic but would like someone to clarify if its bugged or worded extremely poorly

Something like “Allows THIS temtem to use x techniques” imo would be a sufficient wording fix since you’re unlocking it in its tree and makes it more Intuitive. I was also confused at first
