Everytime me and my friend try to create a co-op lobby it says it fails and will not give us a reason. how can i fix it. i tried what other threads said and it wont work either

Hi! We're investigating some issues with co-op in Temtem: Swarm that could affect and delete saves and progression.
To that end, we've made co-op momentarily unavailable until the team is back online tomorrow to push a hotfix patch. This will happen in around 7 hours.
You can still play Solo without issue.
We apologize for the inconveniences, and understand how upsetting this is when the patch's excitement is going strong. We'll keep you posted as we figure out more about the issues
