Revive skill locked and wont allow allow it to be unlocked Marked as coming soon.

I have been having trouble with the revive skill for 2 of my main characters. I do have it unlocked for other characters but not all of them. It say's that its locked behind a coming soon but I know this is not true as my friend has them unlocked for her game. I have tried to restart, power off and on my pc, along with uninstall and reinstall the game on my pc. None of those worked and seemed to help fix the problem. My friend did recommend playing a character that has unlocked the revive and so I did but it still wouldn't work. I do also have the kudos unlocked that seem to be assossiacted with the revive. Ima not sure if im just over looking something or maybe if this is just a bug as my friend hasn't had this issue. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope we can get to the bottom of this!

Hi, I just revised your save file. It seems you didn´t unlock this Kudos (Get to level 10 with Pigepic), once you do it, the skill Recovery will be unlocked, which should clear the path to obtain the revive skill with Houchic
