#game freeze at Map CIPANKO, after force close, and the game cannot open again

32GB ram
-Solo mode
-level 25~26, just trying to use ultimate and freeze

now i totally cannot open the game... every time i open the game, will show the loading screen (these logo), after all, stuck on black screen.. every time
even tried to re-install, restart pc... still cannot, anyone help??

After delete all "crema" / "temtem" file, and install the game agian, i can play already.. but,
crash again........, game time about 17~18min...
