humble mirage
Playing in Co-op with a friend and we tried to do the first Lady Lottie fight together and the cutscene would lock up and not trigger the fight until one of us logged out. Then the other was able to progress but we couldn't fight together. We tried after I won the fight solo to invite me back to the party and have me take the fight on with him, but the cutscene still froze up.
I unfortunately don't have logs or video proof, but we tested the two times and it froze both times leading into the first bellsoto fight.
