#Zone enemies/objectives should be prioritized by non-random techniques

In Cipanku the first Zone that spawns at 1:30 (I forget the name) has this objective that needs to be killed within 20~ seconds.

This is impossible if a crowd of mobs is surrounding it. I feel like 80% of the techniques in the game (at least in the beta) are random targeting, which are pretty useless against these objectives, but I guess that's not their purpose.

But for the few attacks that are targeted, they don't seem to prioritize the objective. This is at least true for Innki's DC Beam, which inspired this post, but Innki is not the only Tem I've experienced this issue with.

Maybe offering a solution instead of focusing on the problem is the wrong way to go about it;
The point of this post is to say that failing zones feels bad and the player has little control over it in certain scenarios
