Hello, I can't connect to the server

My ign: Xemnor
Game Version: 1.7

I was connected and the game disconnected suddenly, and since then I haven't been able to reconnect, even by restarting the game, as well as the PC and my connection.

I don't have this problem on all the online games I currently play and no problem going on the internet
