I read that you'd get the War Drum from Adia at Upinzani however as I was currently hunting for a Luma Occlura I wanted to give the War Drum to my Raican to hold but it's not in my inventory, it's not greyed or anything, its completely gone. Like it wasn't there.
I tried going back there but Adia ain't there. I completed the game and everything. Got to Tamers Paradise. What went wrong? Any way to recover it?

Double check all your Temtem in the Temdeck. It is a bug from what I can tell, but the bug appears to be only menu deep. I thought the exact same for a moment, but then I double checked all my Temtem and found it on one.
I re-equipped it, and noticed it disappeared off the menu again. The issue seems to be that is is removed from the list rather than greyed out. Not sure if your experience is the same as mine, but that's what I notice so far. Hopefully that helps!
