Nuzlock final boss

Hello, last night I finally finished my Nuzlock after a long xp session. Except that after beating Professor Konstantinos Rex (before the tower was destroyed) I finally "lost" my temtems. Would it be possible to do something to prevent me from losing 30 hours of play in an unjustified way, thank you for your attention 😥

(En gros le boss de fin faut le faire en moins de 15 tours, sinon la tour ce détruit et tu perds le combat, même si tu tue le dernier tem de K. REX dans le 15eme tour)
