Two different people (Leo dies in AFoM) and Corvallis from RFA and RFO are also two different people.

The Corvallis from RFO is just a random Marauder guy. Corvallis from RFA is a Marauder warrior who, in Infestation mode, is one of the four playable characters.

The Infestation mode could be considered somewhat loosely canon. It seems to follow Sgt. Winters as he does Sgt. Winters stuff prior to the finale of the main campaign. He's joined by his younger brother and fellow Red Faction soldier Snipes, a colonist named Snake, and the Marauder warrior Corvallis.

But it has no actual story. It just also doesn't really contradict anything. It has the four of them clearing out various infested areas by surviving wave after wave.
